A Bit About Rich Clarke
I’m a Colorado native, born in the tiny town of Fairplay, deep in the mountains. I grew up skiing & mountain biking in Breckenridge, and when my family moved to Loveland, it didn’t take long until I had a horse in my backyard. While growing up, I attended school in Loveland and I am a proud CSU Ram! My life and 26-year career as a Personal Trainer have been centered around the amazing Colorado outdoor lifestyle. As a result, I know the importance of a well maintained body. I know the right questions to ask and people to reach out to. I especially understand the importance of aging in place and taking care of yourself...inside and out - the story of my grandma and me was featured in Chicken Soup for the Caregiver’s Soul
A Bit About Christina Archuletta
Having experienced trauma and violence in my own personal life, I was left with self-doubt. I had so many questions about my ability to protect myself, and couldn’t find an answer that I could hold onto. I sought a way to take back control and overcome fear through martial arts, but still did not find the solution until I received training in Krav Maga. As I realized the profound difference this training made in my life, it became my mission to help others, especially women, learn skills to build confidence and take control of their own safety. As I built my expertise, I realized that I had a gift, not only helping individuals but coaching others to be instructors. My business, Focus Krav Maga, is the culmination of 27 years of training in the Martial Arts and my passion to help bring this life-changing discipline to those may not even realize they need it.
